Zamindar Nabin Chandra Saha established this Balapur zamindar house on 320 bighas of land. Meghna Ghat is next to this zamindar’s house and Nabin Chandra Saha built this house around this ghat. The construction style of this zamindar house, which is hundreds of years old, is very beautiful and beautiful. Here you will find one storey building on the north side, two storey building on the south, three storey building on the east and two-storey building on the west. From Gulistan in Dhaka to Meghalaya or BRTC bus from Madhabadi or from Mohakhali to PPL, Chalanbil, Badsha, Kajal, Uttara, or Arabian Paribahan bus to Panchdona in Narsingdi. From there you have to go to Madhabadi by bus or CNG. Balapur Navin Chandra High School in CNG from Madhabadi. A minute’s walk from there will take you to Balapur Zamindar Bari.
